This document will look at the main features of Connections Cloud Meetings and Chat. The guide will also cover troubleshooting of Connections Cloud Meetings and Chat issues. |

There are two levels of Sametime Unified telephony that you can potentially use. |

You can join a meeting through a URL in another application or by entering it directly in the IBM® Meetings app. |

You can create meeting rooms, view meeting room information, and join a meeting. |

You can add files from your device or Connections library to the meeting room library for other participants to work with. |

You can create IBM® Sametime® Meeting rooms from your Apple iOS device. |

You can configure a variety of settings for Sametime® Meetings from the IBM® Meetings application or from the device settings screen. |

You can join and participate in meetings that lack a Sametime meeting room in the form of conference calls, which allow participants to talk with voice support only. |

You can join the audio or video call portion of a meeting directly from your device using IBM Sametime Mobile Meetings. |

Meetings can be joined by selecting a room in the Scheduled Meetings list, Favorite Rooms list, Recent Rooms list, My Rooms list or Search results, or by using the Join SmartCloud Meeting or Join by URL features. |

To use IBM® Sametime® Mobile Meetings on your Apple device, first install the Sametime Meetings application. |

You can configure Sametime® Mobile Meetings upon startup. |

While displaying a room list (Scheduled Meetings, Favorite Rooms, Recent Rooms, My Rooms, or Search results), the blue Detail disclosure icon can be used to display information about the selected room. |

You can participate in a meeting by viewing the content being shared by the presenter, displaying those who have joined the room, viewing and sending discussion items, and sharing documents from the library. |

As a room owner or room manager, or anytime you have been given sharing permission, you can manage a presentation by determining which files are shown to the meeting participants. |

The meeting participants are displayed in the Participants view. |
| |

On your Apple device, you can work with recordings from the main lobby in the Sametime Meetings client. |
| |

Once you open a meeting room, the meeting presentation is displayed in the Meeting view on an iPhone, or the main screen on an iPad. In a meeting room, mobile presenters can share documents that are in the meeting room Library. |
